Climbing the stairs

The day we've been dreading has come. After a few months of wondering
if she was ever going to crawl, baby girl is crawling all over the
place. Lately she has gotten braver and will stand up next to the
couch and let go until she loses her balance and falls, and other
times she will stand up to the first step of the stairs. A couple days
ago she decided to get brave and scampered all the way up all by
herself. Now we are constantly either jumping up to guide her or pull
her down - much to her frustration.

Crawling and talking

Just a little update...Sophie is crawling around like crazy and says
"Hi" and will do the sign for "please" when she wants something. She
can also point to her nose but is a little inconsistent with it. The
doctor expressed concern a few months ago that she wasn't moving like
she should be and suggested using a therapist to help her along, but
everything just kind of clicked one day!

Sophie loves to eat and usually refuses baby food. She loves her puffs
and Cheerios!

Kitty

Here is Sophie on her rocking kitty (or whatever it's called). Her
face is puckered because she is giving it kisses.

Sick baby

Sophie seems to have caught brother's cold and feels pretty yucky. And even worse, Monday she had to have 3 shots! So she's sick and her legs are sore. She is doing well other than that, although she dropped to 10th percentile for weight.

Also, she has learned to wave! It's not very graceful but it's definitely waving - if you wave to her she will wave back (if she's in the mood)!
